ACI Chapters' Meet-Up - 2025

The ACI Student Chapter-CUET

This Chapter actively participated in the ACI Chapters Meet 2025, held on June 20 at the Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Gazipur. This gathering brought together student chapters from CUET, BUET, IUT, UITS, IUBAT, AUST, UAP, and SUST, creating a lively space for sharing knowledge and collaborating. The program was packed with insightful keynote speeches from respected academics and industry leaders, particularly highlighting the sustainability of construction materials, with contributions from experts at Maxcrete, LafargeHolcim, and BSRM. A standout moment was when Professor Dr. G. M. Sadiqul Islam, the Faculty Advisor for ACI Student Chapter-CUET and Director of ACI Bangladesh Chapter, shared his expertise as a panel expert during the seminar. In addition to the academic discussions, the event featured engaging competitions like poster presentations, quizzes, and a cylinder-making contest, which sparked creativity and friendly rivalry among the participants. The meet also served as a fantastic opportunity for chapters to highlight their accomplishments, share ongoing projects, and discuss their future goals, turning the event into a vibrant celebration of innovation, leadership, and academic progress.
